These Terms govern your access to and use of falconeroperations.com, operated by Falconer Operations Group LLC. By using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the site
Use the site for lawful, informational purposes only. Do not violate any applicable law or contract, infringe rights of any party, interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malware, scripts, or other harmful code.
2. No professional engagement created
Content is informational only. Nothing on the site creates a contractor relationship, engagement, or other professional relationship between Falconer Operations Group and you. Engineering deliverables are provided only under written agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, source code, design tokens, and trade dress, are owned by Falconer Operations Group LLC or its licensors. You may view, save, and print individual pages for non-commercial business-evaluation use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, framing, scraping, or use for AI training, requires our prior written permission.
4. Third-party content and links
References to publications such as DA PAM 385-63, AR 350-19, TC 25-8, and MCO 3570.1C are for identification only and do not imply endorsement by the issuing authority. Government publications cited remain in the public domain or under the rights of their respective publishers. We are not responsible for third-party site content.
5. Federal contracting representations
Falconer Operations Group LLC is a Virginia-formed LLC with SDVOSB certification pending SBA review as of the effective date. Authoritative records of small business status and registrations are maintained in SAM.gov and SBA systems. Where the site and authoritative records disagree, the authoritative records control.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falconer Operations Group, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Falconer Operations Group from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
10. Changes
We may modify or discontinue the site, or update these Terms, at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
